You will not post duplicate ads or spam the platform.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Using the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
Scraping, data mining, or using automated systems to extract data from KasuMart.
Bypassing security measures or disrupting the proper functioning of the platform.
5. Transactions Between Users
KasuMart acts only as a platform to connect buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users unless explicitly stated (such as through our Escrow service). We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of users' content or listings, or the ability of sellers to sell items or buyers to pay for them.
6. Escrow and Payments
If you choose to use our Escrow protection services, additional specific terms governing the holding and release of funds will apply during checkout. Always use caution and follow safe meeting practices when completing transactions in person.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the KasuMart platform (excluding user-generated listings), including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KasuMart or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of KasuMart, us, or third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KasuMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the platform.
